The Civilian Operations application process is designed to ensure all civilian members meet server standards and contribute to immersive, high-quality roleplay.
Applicants must first be active members of the server in good standing and review all server rules and Civilian Operations guidelines before applying. Once ready, applicants must complete the Civilian Operations application form in full, providing accurate and honest responses regarding roleplay experience, character concepts, and understanding of civilian expectations.
All applications are reviewed by Civilian Operations Command or designated staff members. During the review process, applicants may be contacted for clarification or asked to make revisions. Approval decisions are based on rule knowledge, roleplay quality, and overall fit within the department.
Approved applicants may be subject to a probationary or trial period, during which their roleplay will be monitored for realism, rule compliance, and interaction quality. Failure to meet standards during this period may result in removal or additional training.
Once fully approved, members will receive access to Civilian Operations resources, roles, and channels and may begin participating in civilian roleplay in accordance with department policies.
